residency no. 1

first residency
coming — October

One: us. No one: the kitchen. One hundred thousand: the cooks.
I Topi is a restaurant that hosts. People, ideas, cultures, flavours.

Today’s menu is right below. Tomorrow’s? Who knows.

the wine

Only artisanal wines, from growers who treat the vineyard, the grapes and the people who drink them with respect.

The list turns like the kitchen: ask, taste, trust us.

the room

Almost everything you’ll touch in here has hands behind it: the wine, the chairs, the plates, the glasses — designed, made or brought back to life just for this room.

If something looks out of place, it’s exactly where it belongs.
